The Jerry Dietrich Memorial Scholarship Fund was set up in honor of Jerry Dietrich who tragically lost his life in a tractor accident at Cedar Creek Golf Club in September of 2008. this scholarship was founded by the generosity of local businesses, the members and patrons of Cedar Creek Golf Club, and the family of Jerry Dietrich.
To be eligible for this scholarship a local golf course must be involved in this scholarship fundraiser and will then be asked to nominate one or more of their college aged employees for the scholarship committee to review. The recipient of this scholarship will be chosen by the scholarship committee which will be determined by Cedar Creek Golf Club.
Proceeds from this event will go to the Jerry Dietrich Memorial Scholarship Fund. This scholarship will be given each year to one or more deserving students from the area. Jerry’s mother is a retired educator so the scholarship fund in Jerry’s name will hold a special place in her and the family’s heart. Please get involved and help us help kids, in the memory of Jerry Dietrich.
